  • Bookings

  • A non refundable deposit of 15% of the booking total is required. Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival.

  • We also take a €50 Refundable Damage/Security deposit.

  • Please note we have no facilities to accept cards so payment is by Bank Transfer, Paypal or cash on arrival.

 

  • Cancellation or Changes by You: 

  • If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made.

  • If the booking is cancelled less than 1 day before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.

  • In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

  • Deposits/Payments are only refundable or transferrable with a minimum of 4 weeks notice. Refunds cannot be made for any amendments made to the booking on arrival or during your stay.

  • Cancellation or Changes By Us:

  • Once we have confirmed your booking we will do our very best not to make any changes to your booking or to cancel it. Sometimes though changes do occur before and after bookings have been confirmed, and occasionally confirmed bookings have to be cancelled. We promise to do all we can to avoid changes and cancellations but must reserve the right to do so. If we have to cancel we will offer you a full and speedy refund of all monies you have paid to us.

  • Cúlú Fia Wild Glamping reserve the right to cancel a booking on short notice in the event of extreme weather or in the unlikely event that we cannot provide safe accommodation.

  • Rules & Regulations

  • Check-in is available from 3pm on the day of arrival.

  • Check out time is no later than 12 noon on day of departure.

  • Numbers for large parties must be confirmed within 7 days of making a provisional booking and once a deposit is paid numbers cannot go down after that. If numbers decrease the original number booked and quoted for will remain the balance due.

  • Noise levels especially late at night must be kept to a minimum. Anyone causing a disturbance to other guest will be asked to leave without refund. Quiet time is from 10pm – 8am

  • Guests are responsible for keeping communal areas tidy and for recycling waste in the facilities provided.

  • A refundable security damage deposit of €50 per unit is required.  We do understand that sometimes accidents happen. If you do break or damage anything we would ask that you report it to us immediately, so that we can replace or repair it for the next guests.

  • No eating or drinking in the tents.

  • All Rubbish/Waste & Recycling MUST be removed from your accommodation on Check out and placed in the appropriate bins provided. Failure to do this will result in your deposit not being refunded.

  • Anyone who damages trees or natural habitats in the area will be asked to leave without a refund.  
     

  • Safety

  • Parents are responsible for the supervision of children around the site and should be supervised at all times, particularly around areas of water, fire and animals on site.

  • NO smoking, cooking or naked flames are allowed inside the tents.

  • Please keep campfires small and manageable, and only use firewood purchased on site.

  • Cúlú Fia Wild Glamping accept no responsibility for any accidents or injury. We take every care to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable holiday but cannot be held liable for any accidents or consequential loss.

  • Cúlú Fia Wild Glamping are not responsible for any personal belongings left in cars, communal areas or tents etc. Please don’t leave any valuables if you are not there.

  • We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions, prices or website without notice.

    • We may disclose your personal information in the following circumstances: If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal or regulatory obligation or request.                                                              

     Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have       used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control           over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and         privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such               sites  are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and           look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.
